1. Platform

Cloud provides an online marketplace and related tools that allow users to discover, purchase, and list products. Cloud may facilitate parts of the transaction process but does not necessarily own every product listed by sellers.

2. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the legality, authenticity, accuracy, availability, and fulfillment of their listings. Sellers must have the rights and permissions necessary to offer their products and must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate information, use authorized payment methods, and use purchased products only as permitted by the applicable product terms and licenses.

4. Prohibited activity

Fraud, unauthorized access, stolen payment credentials, counterfeit products, malware, illegal goods, abuse of the platform, and attempts to circumvent security or payment controls are prohibited.

5. Changes and enforcement

Cloud may remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend transactions when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
